The image was named category winner in Still Life, receiving the Grand Winner / Gold Medal distinction. It also received a Special Mention in the SINGLE category, which includes over 30 subcategories and thousands of entries from around the world.
Special Mention and Upcoming Exhibition
The Special Mention highlights the five highest-rated photographs in the SINGLE category, selected by an international jury. These works, along with ten additional finalists, will be part of a group exhibition this August at the Kiff & Marais Gallery in Paris.
About the Work
I’m grateful for this recognition and the opportunity to exhibit alongside many inspiring works. “Leafbound” is part of the /AN/ORGANIC photography series exploring themes of fragility, restraint, and the human connection to nature through a conceptual fine art photography approach that remains central to my practice.
